4th and Linden | Wilmette
An exterior redesign was developed for this iconic streetscape in downtown Wilmette. The existing stone and brick facades received a modern makeover with updated storefront glazing and new lighting displays. Consistent sign blades were added to identify each store. The existing corner building had perforated metal screens added to hide their integrated air conditioning condensers. New landscape trees were added along the sidewalks to provide scale and rhythm to the street.
