KAP is now offering full sustainable & resilient consulting for Architects, Designers, and Building Owners. The scope of consulting would range from Pre-design through occupancy and can include energy modeling, energy efficient design strategies, indoor environmental quality concepts, sustainable/life cycle material analysis, water efficient strategies & energy production concepts. Assistance with the AIA 2030 Commitment submittal is also available.

Consulting for Sustainable projects starts at $350/hr. (min 15 hours), & 2030 Commitment consulting hourly starting at $350/hr.
