This existing furniture warehouse and retail space was proposed to be converted to lofts, with parking on the ground floor. Two units per floor were scheduled, for a total of six. The units were either three-bedroom/three-bath or four-bedroom/2 ½-bath. Two retail spaces would be located on the ground level, in keeping with the retail streetscape of the surrounding neighborhood.
