This unbuilt project consisted of ground floor commercial space with four floors of residential condominiums above, with a pair of two-bedroom condo units on each floor. The design was detailed to fit into the streetscape east of Green Bay. Classic brick cladding accented with limestone detailing would help give the building the street presence that the developer desired. Expansive glass areas at street level were contained within large flanking limestone columns. The use of the columns defined the individual condominium units above and helped scale the building down.
