Discovery Clothing relocated their corporate facilities to this larger facility that would also house their warehousing needs. The design utilizes existing skylights to organize the enclosed perimeter offices, which provides order to the main open space while also providing natural daylighting in the space. The high efficiency lighting systems allows for stepped lighting control to minimize power usage. Additionally, lighting in the warehouse space is increased when integral motion sensors are activated.
